Rainwater treatment System
Rainwater harvesting system collects rain water which contains low level of contaminants. This collected water passes clarifier and simple filtration equipment. This treated rainwater can be used as non-portable purpose water. As its structure is simple and convenience, our rainwater treatment system doesn't require special maintenance.

Regulation and Statues
Installation Objects for Rainwater Harvesting and Treatment

- Objects:
- Facilities that have wide roof surfaces such as sport complexity and indoor gymnasium.

- Size:
- Roof surface should be 2,400㎡ or more, and stands should be 1,400 or more.

- Time of Application:
- Facilities that were given first construction permission.
Requiring criteria for rainwater harvesting and reuse system.
- Rainwater shall be collected from either roof surface or land surface.
- It shall have equipment for excluding initial rainwater and shall have filtration to eliminate contaminants.

- Rainwater Storage Tank

- Volume: Building Area (㎥) x 0.05 ton (large building)
- Shall have structure that prevents sunlight which causes evaporation and introducing of contaminant.
- Shall be convenient to clean
- Shall have effluent pumps that can drain water in 5 hours.
Operation and Maintenance
- Shall install distinguishable pipe line for rainwater from other pipe line.
- Shall test operation and maintenance at least twice in a year, and shall have written management registry
Aids for installing rainwater harvesting and reusing facility
- Governmental aids for installing rainwater harvesting and reusing facility.
- A municipal ordinance which can reduce cost of water bill is also able for facilities.
Penalty
- Facilities without harvesting rainwater and reusing system shall be charged fine under 10,000,000 won.
